Mrs. Vidhya Shree R
Head - Human Resources & Business DevelopmentA dynamic MBA graduate specialising in Human Resources, with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Renowned for excelling in HR operations while passionately driving business development, sales, and marketing, bridging the gap between people management and business growth.Began her journey with Ovum Hospitals in 2014, contributing significantly during its formative years. After five years at Ovum, she honed her expertise further with Motherhood Hospital for a couple of years, followed by a short but impactful stint with Kangaroo Care Hospital. Rejoined Ovum in 2021 as Head of Human Resources and Business Development, continuing to play a pivotal role in shaping its HR and business strategies. With a strong foundation in people management and operations, her ability to lead cross-functional teams is a hallmark. Recently enhanced her business acumen through the Executive General Management Programme at IIM Bangalore, bringing cutting-edge insights into strategic leadership, organisational development, and growth management. A visionary leader who leverages both HR expertise and business flair to drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth, ensuring excellence in healthcare delivery.
Mr. Sujath Khan
Head - Pharmacy & PurchaseSujath Khan is a seasoned Procurement Head with 20 years of experience and a robust educational background, including an MSc, a Diploma in SCM, and an MDP in Supply Chain Management from IIM Trichy. Certified in Inventory Management and SCM Analytics from IIM, Sujath has excelled in roles at Ovum, Tulips Diagnostics, Bharat Serums, Mediscope Hospital Pvt Ltd, Meridian Medical Center Bangalore, NC Medical College, and Uber Med Cart. His expertise spans procurement, supply chain management, and strategic optimisation, making him a valuable asset in driving organisational success.
Mr. Anup Agarwal
Chief Financial OfficerJoined Ovum in January 2020. Before joining Ovum, Anup worked at HealthCare Global Enterprises as a Regional Finance Controller. Worked as a Finance Manager at Fortis La Femme Hospital, Bengaluru, and Narayana Hrudayalaya. Has overall experience of 10+ years in Finance and Accounting functions.
Mr. Arun Kumar H M
Head - Projects and OperationsJoined Ovum in August 2014. Has prior experience as a Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield; Facilities and Projects Manager at Cloudnine Hospitals, Bengaluru; and Assistant Engineer at INOX. Has overall experience of 18+ years in Project Management. (Added 'Has' for grammatical completeness).
