About Doctor
Dr Akhila is an alumnus of St John's Medical College and Bangalore Medical College. She also completed her fellowship in Developmental-Behavioural Paediatrics from the Indian Academy of Paediatrics Chapter of Neurodevelopmental Paediatrics at the Centre for Child Development and Disabilities, Bangalore. After completing her MD, she worked at St John's Medical College Hospital for over 3 years, during which time she developed an interest in the field of developmental paediatrics. She then went on to train under renowned developmental paediatrician Dr Nandini Mundkur.
